Provide speech and language therapy services to children from birth to age five in an educational setting. Collaborate with team members to support developmental and communication goals for students. Responsibilities:
- Assess communication and swallowing skills of young children to develop individualized therapy plans.
- Implement therapy sessions aligned with state and school district guidelines.
- Document progress and communicate findings with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers.
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs and ensure progress.
- Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and documentation standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the child's overall development plan.
- Hold an active OR Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Possess relevant experience working with early childhood populations.
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Be available to start immediately and commit through June 14, 2027.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during school hours with flexibility for holidays.
- Have certification in speech-language pathology (Master's degree required).
