Merrill Gardens - - Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance tasks including defrosting refrigerators, changing light bulbs and A/C filters, and monthly safety checks; repair and maintain common areas and vacated rooms; handle minor electrical and plumbing tasks; complete and document work orders; ensure safety and compliance; assist with vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.; Routine and deep cleaning of common areas and offices; laundry for residents; restocking and sanitizing supplies; interior window cleaning; housekeeping duties in resident areas.; Dining room setup, updating menus, table setup, and ensuring cleanliness; assist with events.; Answer phones and assist with office tasks including mailings and brochures; collect and organize resident and employee information.
