Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items to guests in accordance with established quality standards
Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to ensure a positive guest experience
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, adhering to health and safety standards
Support daily operations of the coffee shop facilities and other Food and Beverage outlets
Engage with guests in a friendly manner, radiating positivity and accommodating their needs
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a Food & Beverage outlet, including cash handling
Previous Barista experience is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, approachable, and customer-centric attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
