HBM SoC Physical Design Leader, Senior Manager
Micron Technology
Micron Technology is seeking an SoC Physical Design Senior Manager in the Heterogeneous Integration Group to lead PD/verification for advanced HBM-based designs from netlist to GDSII. You will collaborate with RTL, DFT, IP, packaging and manufacturing teams to achieve top-tier PPA and robust signoff across multiple generations.
