Responsibilities Of The Medical Receptionist

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer questions and concerns.

• Provide prompt, professional customer support and issue resolution.
\n
• Assist with account inquiries, billing questions, and service requests.
\n
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in company systems.
\n
• Promote products and services when appropriate to support business goals.
\n
• Maintain strong phone etiquette while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience/Skills For The Medical Receptionist

• Previous call center, customer service, or phone-based support experience.
\n
• Familiarity with medical terminology or experience in a medical office setting.
\n
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
\n
• Comfortable handling high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.

Education Requirements
