Cicily Cares is a premier in-home service provider bringing value-added, quality support services to two distinct populations:

• To children and young adults with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• To seniors living in their own homes as they age.

We are a fast-growing organization, currently seeking to add Care Partners (CNAs/HHAs) to our team. We are committed to making a difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

CNA/HHA's provide innovative care based on each clients' support plan while ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment with a high focus on socialization and independence. The goal of this role is to improve the quality of life for each client in our care to ensure clients live their best lives.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• High school graduate (minimum education)+ HHA/CNA training for Personal Care services.
• Prior experience and references preferred.
• CPR, HIV/AIDS and Infection Control Training required.
• APD Required Training Certificates.
• Driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Access to reliable transportation.

• Ability to communicate with clients at any developmental level.
• Patient and empathetic.
• Flexible and able to multitask.
• Emotionally mature.
• Good judgment skills.
• High energy/enthusiastic.
