• Shift: 12-hour nights (4:45 PM 7:15 AM)
• Hours/Week: Approximately 36 hours per week
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certifications: Valid RN license in Missouri, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of PCU RN experience; high acuity drip, arterial line, BiPAP, and AIRVO experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $88.50/hour (before administrative fees)

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to PCU patients with complex medical needs
• Monitor and manage high acuity drips, arterial lines, and ventilator support (BiPAP, AIRVO)
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
• Adhere to facility policies and safety protocols, including working major holidays as scheduled
• Float to lesser units as needed, with prior notice and adherence to facility policies

What You Need

• Active Missouri RN license
• ACLS, BLS certification
• At least 1 year of recent PCU RN experience
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work nights and major holidays as scheduled
