One of our clients is seeking a Daily Substitute Teacher in the Memphis, TN area for the 25-26 School Year. CLIENT'S HOURS * Monday - Friday * Flexible shifts available- pick and choose days that work with your schedule * Standard school hours SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY * Plan a program of study and unit/weekly/daily lessons that, aligned with the school’s curriculum and that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of the students * Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and is developmentally appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students * Take necessary and reasonable precautions to assure safety in the classroom and the school for all students * Maintain accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, district policy, and administrative regulations * Assist the administrative team in implementing all policies and rules governing student life and conduct * Make provisions for being available to the students and to the parents for education-related purposes outside of the instructional day when required or requested to do so under reasonable terms * Maintain professional relationships with colleagues * Actively engage in all professional development opportunities * Perform other job-related duties as assigned CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * Bachelors Degree minimum * 2+ years' experience in an urban school or community organization highly preferred DTG ADVANTAGES * Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agency for behavioral-health. * Compensation processed weekly * Ability to grow professionally. * Access to a broad array of client opportunities. * Client negotiable temp to perm within the school COMPANY OVERVIEW Delta-T Group's mission is to provide cost-effective, reliable referrals, and innovative referral solutions, for the social services, behavioral health, allied health and special education fields, for the betterment of independent behavioral health professionals seeking new opportunities and those needing care and support.
