Job Description

Join a state-of-the-art, 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injury or illness. This position offers the opportunity to provide ongoing care and specialized treatment tailored to individual patient needs. Focus on maximizing health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized and intense rehabilitation programs for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
• Coordinate rehabilitation care plans and monitor patient progress throughout their recovery journey.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and best practices in physical medicine and rehabilitation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Relevant licensure and certifications as required by the rehabilitation care specialty.
• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred.
