Job Description

• Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and develop tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions that enhance motor skills, cognitive function, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, and medical staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide instruction to support patients and their caregivers in reinforcing therapy at home.
• Monitor and Record Progress: Document patient outcomes and modify treatments as necessary to ensure they stay on track toward recovery.

Education

• Earned degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Ongoing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and welcomed.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.
