CDL Delivery DriversCDL Delivery Drivers play a critical role in the day-to-day operations, while interacting with customers, Sales Representatives, and Merchandisers daily to meet the expectations of the business. They are responsible for delivering, unloading and checking in the product to customers each day. Our Drivers are the face of the Company and must provide top notch customer service.Primary ResponsibilitiesUnloading, loading, and checking-in products at customer accountsBalancing invoices, verifying payments, and ensuring applicable paperwork is receivedWork or rotate delivered product when necessaryUphold sustainable relationships with customer accounts by providing outstanding consistent customer serviceAdhere to and follow all Company policies, procedures and government regulations including all DOT & state liquor laws and regulationsComplete Driver assigned duties delivering Company's products in a safe, timely and professional mannerInspects the vehicle pre- and post-trip to monitor the maintenance and safety of the vehicleWork with all team members on a continual basis to support and evaluate company initiativesDemonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all timesComplete all other tasks or projects as assignedKey CompetenciesVerbal and written communication skillsEffective organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently while managing multiple tasksStrong work ethicAbility to diffuse conflictWork EnvironmentThis job operates indoors and outdoors.Physical DemandsUse of hand truck, pallet jack, and lift gate.Lift/carry and push/pull 35 lbs. repetitively, moving kegs up to 165 lbs.Repetitive bending /stoop/crouch/squat/use arms/wrists/hands/graspMust be able to drive and operate a vehicleExpected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, days and hours of work vary and may include overtime. This position does not have any overnight or long-haul travel/hours.TravelLocal travel onlyRequired Education and ExperienceMinimum of 21 years of ageClass A Commercial Driver License (CDL)Maintain valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and current certificationsCompensationEmployees (and their families) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision insurance after 60 days of continuous employment .
