Required Skills
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Triggers.
- Experience with Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and other asynchronous processing.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security/sharing, transaction management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support experience.
- Experience with Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and scalable enterprise solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Git, SFDX, CI/CD, and source-driven development.
- Strong communication, code review, and mentoring skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification; PD2 preferred.
- Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, CRM Analytics, or Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience with event-driven or near real-time architectures.
- Experience working in large enterprise or highly regulated environments.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
