Job Title: Food Service Manager Company: Convenience Stores Inc. | Jones Petroleum Overview This location, operated by Convenience Stores Inc – a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum, is seeking a highly skilled, self‑motivated Food Retail Manager to oversee daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain profitability. Responsibilities Supervise and direct daily operations of the assigned convenience store. Provide courteous and timely service to customers in alignment with company goals, policies, and procedures. Manage merchandising, food service, and inventory. Plan employee staffing, supervise employee development and relations. Ensure adherence to site‑specific and brand‑specific procedures to maintain consistent quality customer experiences. Maintain a positive store culture, treating employees fairly and with respect. Work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required, while maintaining customer focus in a fast‑paced environment. Conduct performance reviews and manage all aspects of store profitability. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. High school education or equivalent. Previous people‑management experience. Valid, unrestricted driver’s license. Excellent basic language and mathematical skills. Ability to multi‑task and work up to 50 hours per week. Self‑motivated, dependable, and willing to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements Stand up to 10 hours during a shift. Lift up to 60 pounds, bend, stoop, and climb a ladder on occasion.
