Registered Nurse PRN

We are seeking a Compassionate and Dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in patients’ homes. Key Responsibilities Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions in the home environment. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and self‑care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Apply the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate. Manage a caseload efficiently, coordinate care, communicate with staff, support program effectiveness, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Education & Licensure Graduate of an accredited nursing program (AD, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license in the State ("NC/SC"). CPR certification required. Experience One year RN experience and at least two years total clinical experience. Preferred: Home health experience. Experience as LPN, CNA, military medic, EMT, PTA/OTA combined with Home Health experience is also acceptable. Technical & Physical Skills Hand/eye coordination for injections, computer use and patient equipment. Ability to transfer, lift and maneuver patients, including moving objects up to 50lb. Ability to operate patient care equipment and safely maintain it. Interpersonal & Cognitive Skills Develop positive interaction with patients, families, physicians, and staff. Assess patient condition, formulate care plans, evaluate responses, and teach patients about recovery. Essential Requirements Valid North Carolina driver’s license and operational vehicle. Variable schedule: Monday‑Friday, weekends and holidays as needed; flexible to accommodate staffing. Population Served Adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics of all developmental stages (0‑28days to 72+years).
