Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Operations in Sacramento, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour Job Schedule Day Time Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through proper channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that could help to deter unwanted behavior. Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, after-hours entry, and/or delivery activity in accordance with location protocols. Support a professional atmosphere at the location by communicating clearly with occupants and guests, providing directions, and addressing routine questions or concerns. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
