The CME is a key member of the Hospital’s Senior Administrative Team with primary activities in medical staff relations, quality of care, patient safety, care continuity, patient experience, and Division/system leadership. This role reports directly to the Division CMO and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Nurse Executive (CNE), and local and Sutter System Quality Teams to ensure the delivery of accessible patient-centered, high-quality, safe and equitable care.
