Salary Description
$44,000 - $46,000 per year
- Leading the team : Recruit, train, and mentor your fellow associates.
- Providing exceptional customer service: Actively walk the sales floor, help customers, and ensure your team is providing world-class service.
- Managing store operations: Oversee daily operations, maintain product inventory, and ensure the store meets company merchandising standards.
- Staying on top of trends : Keep up with DIY and home improvement trends to better serve our customers.
- A passion for providing a great customer service experience.
- The ability to lead by example and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication skills and an unwavering positive attitude.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to build professional relationships with customers and team members.
- Prior experience in a retail, management, or supervisory role is a plus.
