About the Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Payroll Assistant to support our HR and payroll operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and has a strong eye for accuracy and compliance. You will play a key role in supporting employee lifecycle processes and ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time. What You’ll Do Assist in processing payroll accurately and on schedule Review timesheets, hours worked, and pay adjustments Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy Support payroll audits, reporting, and compliance Respond to employee payroll questions What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or payroll Knowledge of payroll processes and employment compliance Experience with HRIS/payroll systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Competitive salary: $20 - $23 (depending on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Opportunities for growth and development Why West Capital Lending?
