Head of Print Studio Role The Head of Print Studio is responsible for all of the print mechanicals produced by the Print Studio teams, which includes Channel, Events, Packaging, and Retail. The role works closely with clients and GEO counterparts to ensure a seamless transition from the master workflow through the localization process. Key Responsibilities Provides strategy and planning for upcoming launches and updates to ensure production capabilities are scoped and strategized. Participates in project kick‑offs, content meetings, reviews, and other project‑based meetings as needed. Coaches and guides the team of Print Studio Managers, Team Leads, Mechanical Artists, Project Managers, and Proofreaders. Is innovative, a champion for change, and assists in implementing new workflows. Effectively manages an annual plan across all Studio teams. Works with the leadership team to instill WPP Production values. Ensures all work is completed on time and to the highest standards. Supports professional development for all direct reports, providing performance feedback, mentoring, and resolving performance issues while maintaining positive morale among the team. Promotes effective communication throughout the production team. Stays current on technology and trends. Actively participates in attracting top talent and employee retention. Continuously looks for ways to optimize productivity through process improvements, task automation, and new technology. Leads by example. Requirements Ability to partner with senior management to build a company culture and drive change across the organization. Expert understanding of printing processes and production management. Previous experience managing a team of 20+. Ability to make sound decisions and resolve issues under pressure. Team player with an interest in process efficiency and effectiveness. Good relationship skills, including dealing with multiple stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and highly organized. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates WPP Production values in all actions and communications. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in an ever‑changing and dynamic work environment. Pay Range

$108K – $157K
