Job Summary
Pharmacist - Inpatient, PHARM IP Location unspecified. This position involves providing pharmaceutical services in both outpatient and inpatient care settings within the organization. The role requires delivering safe, effective medication management and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 11/02/2026 and ending 02/01/2027.
• Certifications: PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy), RPh (Registered Pharmacist).
• Education & Experience: No minimum years of experience specified, but at least 2 years of experience preferred.
• Clinical Experience: Outpatient and inpatient experience required, with specialized skills including ambulatory care/ outpatient clinic, antibiotics, anticoagulation therapy, cardiac dosing, clinical dosing, compounding, high-alert medications, IV piggyback, IV push medications, mixers for TPN, pain controlled analgesia, pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing, sterile technique, therapeutic medication monitoring, Warfarin dosing.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must upload Nursys license verification within the last 2 weeks and applicable certifications with valid expiration dates. Two references obtained within the last year are required.
• Additional Information: Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in pharmacy roles, with prior knowledge of Epic charting system. Onboarding involves completing labs within 3-5 days of contract signing, and all compliance documents must be submitted 10 days prior to start date.
