Sales and Marketing Director

Description HOLI Senior Living , a senior housing community specializing in assisted living and memory care is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our marketing department in Hillsboro, Oregon . We are looking for that special someone that has a passion for working with seniors. Someone that is compassionate, caring, energetic and embraces a positive approach in leading our dynamic team in a community that we call Family! Requirements
- Responding to and following up with all inquiries
- Tracking and maintaining accurate records for all leads as well as establishing and maintaining referral sources and networking opportunities
- Responsible for successful sales closing resulting in new move-ins to increase and/or maintain budgeted occupancy
- Demonstrate leadership among team members and ensure a smooth move-in process for all new residents
- Other task delegated by Executive Director and VP of Sales
