OverviewDental AssistantEast Coast Endodontics We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant to join our growing endodontic practice. In this role, you will support providers during treatment, help create a positive patient experience, and contribute to the overall success of the practice.At East Coast Endodontics, we are committed to delivering high quality, patient focused care in a welcoming and team-oriented environment. Schedule: Full Time (35-40 hours/week)*Must be able to travel between our locations in Hewlett and Massapequa Park ResponsibilitiesProvide chair-side clinical support to Drs by assisting, charting, patient education, operatory set-up and clean-upDeliver a superior patient experience at all phases of their appointmentTake and process X-RaysMaintain accurate patient records and documentationComplete sterilization processes for equipment and operatoriesWelcome, comfort and educate patients on oral hygiene and post treatment careEnsure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality and follow workplace regulationsPlease note that additional responsibilities may be assigned QualificationsRequirements High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of Dental assisting experiencePreferred SkillsExcellent communication skills and a team-first attitudeReliable, organized, and comfortable in a high-level clinical settingWe OfferCompetitive CompensationBenefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and much more!
