Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly-qualified Transactional Associate Attorney in Glendale, CA. The firm is renowned for its plaintiff's side wage-and-hour class action litigation, handling cases in both federal and state courts against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in class action litigation. Duties Negotiate, draft, review, and revise various contracts, including class action settlement agreements. Negotiate, draft, review, and revise class action notices, claim forms, and related documents. Negotiate, draft, review, and revise motions for approval of class action settlements. Monitor class action administrators to ensure compliance with court instructions. Requirements Licensed to practice law in California or pending admission to the California bar. 1-3 years of relevant experience. Ability to travel occasionally. Positive attitude and interest in joining a successful and collegial team. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications California Bar admission or pending admission. Skills Strong negotiation and drafting skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
