Overview Membership Director at American Family Fitness. The primary function of the Membership Director is to sell health club memberships by communicating the benefits of health and fitness to prospective members. Responsibilities Generate new sales for the club through prospecting. Provide effective membership tours to prospects. Retain current members. Provide exceptional service to all members in relation to club policies and inquiries. Execute contracts properly. Objectives The primary objective is to produce new memberships for the club and meet goals. The secondary objective is to retain existing members and meet renewal goals.
