Compensation: $110,000-$125,000/year + Full Benefits



Schedule: Full-Time

Position Summary We are seeking a passionate, experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all nursing operations within the facility
  
  
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
  
  
• Lead, train, and support the nursing team
  
  
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  
  
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
  
  
• Maintain excellent communication with residents and families
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Michigan
  
  
• Prior DON or leadership experience in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care
  
  
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
  
  
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Compassionate leader with a resident-first mindset
