Located on more than 40 acres in South Clermont, Florida, we specialize in growing premium landscape trees and ornamental plants for wholesale distributors, landscape contractors, developers, municipalities, and other green industry professionals. Our farm is state certified to ship throughout the Southeast, as well as Texas, Louisiana, and Nevada. Daily Operations The daily operations expected of Customer Service Associate are greeting customers, answering inbound phone calls/emails regarding availability, loading and unloading plants and assisting with administrative tasks such as plant records and plant pricing. CSA will also be responsible for assisting the sales team as needed with tagging, taking pictures, and sourcing plant material. In addition to sales support, CSA will need to assist in supporting inventory management through cycle counting and labeling trees as needed. Qualification/Education Proficient with Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Google tools Experience in customer service/inside sales Bilingual (english/spanish) preferred but not required. Organizational skills and detail oriented Comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
