Location: Columbus, KS Responsibilities As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. You will provide leadership to the crew and other managers during each shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Key tasks include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking corrective action to meet McDonald’s standards, overseeing safety and security, ensuring profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, meeting shift targets, and helping departments meet their goals. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications & Experience Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. You must be a positive team player, available with a flexible schedule, and be at least 18 years old.
