Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator

Right At Home of Wayne County In-home Care and Assistance is looking to add an additional Scheduling Coordinator. As a Scheduler, you play a critical role in delivering exceptional in-home care experience, making sure every schedule, every shift, and every match supports a great experience for both. Your organization, communication, and problem-solving skills directly impact the quality of care our clients receive and the success of our care team. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, building relationships, and being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, this role is for you.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of office, scheduling, or administrative experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
• Ability to think on your feet and make good decisions under pressure
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per year
