Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services to patients of various ages and ability levels. New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat approximately 8–12 patients per day in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, trigger point therapy, mobility training, and exercise programs.
• Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and family members on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies.
• Assist with discharge planning and transition of care recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using WebPT.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
• Stay current with physical therapy practices, clinical techniques, and healthcare regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support clinical program development.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions.
• Experience or knowledge in outpatient rehabilitation, orthopedic care, post-operative rehabilitation, geriatrics, pediatrics, or neurological rehabilitation preferred.
• Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist License required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or related field required.
