We're currently seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service / Student Services Representative to join our team in our Lower Macungie office. Why You'll Love This Position Family-friendly schedule — Approximately 27.5–30 hours per week (typically 9:00 AM–3:00 PM), with some flexibility for the right candidate No evenings or weekends Stable, year-round employment Friendly, family-oriented work environment Meaningful work helping students improve their lives through education Beautiful professional office in Lower Macungie Opportunity to learn, grow, and build a long-term career What You'll Do As part of our Student Services team, you'll serve as one of the primary points of contact for prospective and current students, providing outstanding customer service throughout their educational journey. Your responsibilities will include: Answering incoming phone calls and responding to email inquiries Assisting prospective students as they explore our career training programs Helping students navigate the enrollment process Following up with students participating in WIOA , GI Bill® , MyCAA , and Army COOL education benefit programs Coordinating with workforce development agencies, military education offices, and sponsoring organizations Maintaining accurate student information and correspondence Supporting various Student Services and administrative projects Helping create an outstanding experience for every student from their first inquiry through enrollment We're Looking For Someone Who Loves helping people Enjoys talking with others and building positive relationships Is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Communicates professionally by phone and email Learns new software and office systems quickly Works well independently while also being a supportive team member Takes pride in providing exceptional customer service Preferred Qualifications Customer service, office administration, customer services, or administrative support experience Experience working with the public in a professional office setting College degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Experience using CRM or student information systems is a plus What We Offer $22.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Capital Blue Medical Plan for employee, ability for family to participate Dental Plan Life Insurance Plan Disability Plan 401k Plan with company matching contribution Paid Vacation and 12 company paid holidays.
