Warehouse Manager

A well-established and growing organization is seeking a hands‑on Distribution Center Manager to lead full operations of a high-volume distribution facility serving national customers. This role requires a strong operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and can build structure, discipline, and scalable processes to support continued growth. What You’ll Own Operational Leadership Lead all receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities Ensure accurate, on‑time order fulfillment through disciplined workflows Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material flow Maintain best‑in‑class safety, compliance, and operational standards Team & Culture Lead and develop a multi‑level operations team (frontline to management) Drive accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement Manage labor planning, scheduling, and performance development Control departmental budgets and labor costs Inventory & Systems Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and ERP accuracy Improve replenishment strategies and stock integrity Leverage scanning technology, automation, and warehouse systems Lead system upgrades and operational improvement initiatives Logistics & Performance Manage dock scheduling, freight coordination, and carrier relationships Track KPIs including accuracy, productivity, and on‑time delivery Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve cost per unit shipped What We’re Looking For 10+ years of distribution center leadership experience Proven success managing large‑scale warehouse operations Strong ERP and inventory systems expertise Experience implementing automation or operational improvements Track record of building high‑performing teams Strong labor planning, budgeting, and workforce optimization skills Why This Role Full operational ownership High visibility to leadership Growth‑oriented environment Opportunity to modernize and scale operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Movement Search & Delivery
