Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Arlington, VA. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, managing inbound and outbound sales conversations, and guiding prospective clients through the discovery and proposal process. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, presenting tailored service packages, following up on opportunities, and maintaining an organized pipeline in the CRM. The Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams to translate client goals into clear scopes of work and ensure smooth handoffs into onboarding. This role also involves contributing to sales processes, supporting client education about services, and representing Dunna Vision Collective at local events or meetings to build relationships within the community. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, clarify needs, and provide a positive client experience. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing, to convert qualified leads into long-term clients. Relevant experience in agency, marketing, media production, or professional services sales, or government work is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in NoVa, manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment, and use CRM or sales tools effectively. Strong analytical skills, comfort with discussing budgets and ROI, and familiarity with digital marketing or video production are pluses.
