General Duties Develop and lead project work across multiple disciplines and multiple plant locations. Conception, development, justification and implementation of manufacturing and distribution processes. Interact and engage with all facility engineers and shop floor personnel to monitor and manage operational processes. Define, plan and execute continuous improvement projects using project management skills, shop floor experience and creative problem‑solving. Lead activities to improve production and equipment capabilities through application of lean manufacturing principles. Review new technologies to ensure optimal processes are achieved and maintained. Work in a fast‑paced environment with high profile exposure and engagement with local and corporate leadership. Travel 5% to 10% to facilitate cross‑functional site initiatives. Manage multiple initiatives and communicate progress to engineering leadership and shop floor stakeholders. Work Environment Office environment 60% of the time to manage ongoing projects and assignments. Shop floor environment 40% of the time to review and implement projects.
