People Partner, Geo & Education - HR Strategy

Google is seeking a senior People Partner to collaborate with product and engineering leaders in Mountain View and San Francisco. You will coach senior leaders, guide large-scale organizational change, and ensure people decisions are grounded in data while upholding Google's culture and values. You will drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development across a global product area, helping Googlers grow and navigate complex mapping and learning initiatives.
