Key Responsibilities:

Maintain standards of quality guest service.

Maintains proper supervision over all aspects of administration and operations for the Front Office Department.

Oversees all problem resolution matters in the absence of the Front Office Manager and the GM.

Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an exceptional product through employee hiring, training, and development.

Manage the reservation function to maintain the highest possible room occupancy and average daily rate through suggestive selling by associates.

Maintain and correct procedures for credit control, financial transactions, security of financial assets, and guest security.

Respond and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements

Must have a comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and guest services

Proficient with computer systems, Hilton brand systems experience a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism

Open availability for coverage of all shifts is required

High school education preferred; relevant training and experience required

Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred

Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations

Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates

Additional language ability preferred

CPR and first aid training preferred
