• 24hr call coverage with hospital rounding
• Patients seen: 2 - 3 per call shift
• Phone consults: 2 - 3 per shift
• 30% callback rate on average
• General urology -- adult patients
• Procedures: PCNL, ureteroscopy, incontinence, ESWL
• 30-minute call response time required
• Ongoing coverage potential
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
