Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description
As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless movement and availability of hospital materials throughout the facility. You will be responsible for unloading trucks, rotating stock, and handling inventory data entry using a computer.
Responsibilities

• Transport hospital materials across various locations within the hospital.
• Assist with unloading trucks containing hospital supplies.
• Rotate stock upon shelving and periodically for slower-moving items.
• Input data into the computer system for inventory management.
• Respond to personal, telephone, and electronic requests for supplies, equipment, and assistance, including delivery and retrieval.
• Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts for inventory accuracy.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using a computer.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Basic math skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in stocking shelves.
• Inventory management skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and forklift usage.

Work Environment
This position is entirely based within the hospital, eliminating the need for off-campus deliveries. You will wear scrubs provided by the hospital and interact with a diverse group of individuals including patients, doctors, nurses, and stock room employees.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hood River, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
