Financial Controller- Manufacturing
Location: Newark, NJ- Daily

• Oversee AP, AR, general ledger, payroll coordination, and cash positioning.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and audit readiness.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate the accounting team.
• 5+ years in a people management or leadership role.
• Deep expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• SAP Business One (SAP B1) experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; DataRails experience a strong plus. #INMAY2026

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Controller:

• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate the accounting team.
Qualifications for the Financial Controller:
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience in manufacturing.• 5+ years in a people management or leadership role.
• Deep expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• SAP Business One (SAP B1) experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; DataRails experience a strong plus. #INMAY2026
