- Lead and mentor a team of developers building scalable applications using Spring Boot, Java, and Python .
- Design and develop REST APIs, microservices, and database-driven applications .
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions on schedule.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis , and implement solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Java, Python, REST APIs, microservices, and databases .
- Experience with software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices .
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines .
- Stay current with emerging technologies and drive continuous technical improvement.
