Position Schedule: Full-Time Branch Address: 55 Skyline Drive, Ringwood Commons, Ringwood, NJ This job posting is anticipated to remain open for 30 days, from 01-May-2026. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Account management: Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & operational support: Work independently at the advisor’s direction; schedule appointments, prepare materials for meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes with SOP updates, and execute branch business plan. Technology: Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm‑provided software.
