HireNow Snapshot The CDL Truck Driver will support dedicated fleet operations while maintaining safe and efficient transportation performance. Drivers will operate refrigerated equipment while delivering freight across multiple states and maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.Transportation Operations

• Safely transport freight while maintaining delivery schedules and customer expectations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and required transportation documentation.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.
• Maintain professionalism throughout transportation activities.
• Support multi-state operations while delivering reliable service.

Freight Responsibilities

• Handle no-touch refrigerated freight.
• Operate modern automatic sleeper tractors with 53-foot reefer trailers.
• Support established routes throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest regions.
• Operate overnight schedules when required.
• Deliver freight safely while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain flexibility to support changing operational demands.

Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: Starting at $1,550+
• Annual Earnings: $80,600 – $108,014
• Mileage Pay Program
• Detention Pay

Schedule

• Solo Driver Position
• Home Every Two Weeks
• Most Drivers Home Weekly
• Guaranteed Home Every Other Weekend
• Night Driving Required

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum three months of verifiable Class A driving experience.

• Ability to obtain Hazmat endorsement within ninety days of hire.
• Ability to support overnight schedules.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Stable employment history.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience hauling refrigerated freight.
• Experience operating dedicated fleet routes.
• Hazmat endorsement already obtained.
• Experience with multi-state operations.
• Strong customer service and professionalism.
• Ability to perform efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent safety awareness and attention to detail.
