Shift Leader

Restaurant Management

Reports to GM and Operations Mgr.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Good attitude, teamwork, employee supervision, high food quality, excellent customer service, sanitation, checklists, and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prior experience is preferred but not required
• Flexible schedule
• Customer service-oriented
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working on your feet for full shift
• Reliable and hard-working
• Have an outgoing personality, an eagerness to serve and a teachable spirit
• MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR’S WORTH OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Any other duties assigned by management.
