Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Install and configure new software applications and upgrades. Maintain network systems including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email or in person. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments. Train end-users on the proper use of hardware and software applications. Document all technical procedures for future reference. Perform regular maintenance on computer equipment to ensure optimal performance.
