Essential Functions

• Inspect and prepare the company vehicle, pressure washer systems, hoses, tanks, chemicals, and tools before each shift to ensure everything is stocked, organized, and fully operational
• Travel to residential and commercial job sites and assess each property's pressure washing / soft-washing needs
• Safely operate pressure washers, soft-wash systems, reels, ladders, and related equipment to clean homes, siding, roofs, gutters, awnings, decks, patios, walkways, driveways, fencing, and other exterior surfaces
• Remove dirt, grime, algae, mold, mildew, rust stains, oil, and other buildup using the proper cleaning methods
• Mix and apply detergents, degreasers, and specialty chemicals according to manufacturer guidelines and company safety procedures
• Evaluate surface materials before cleaning to ensure the correct pressure, chemical ratios, and techniques are used to avoid damage
• Perform detailed spot checks and final walkthroughs to ensure all work meets company quality standards
• Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after each job to explain services and answer questions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Properly break down and store all hoses, reels, pumps, tanks, and tools after each job
• Follow all company safety procedures, including PPE usage, ladder safety, and chemical handling protocols
• Report any equipment issues, safety concerns, damages, or incidents to management immediately
• Manage time effectively to complete residential and commercial jobs on schedule without sacrificing quality

Skills

• Prior experience operating pressure washing and/or soft-washing equipment required
• Knowledge of different exterior surfaces and the proper methods to clean them safely
• Understanding of cleaning solutions, detergents, and chemical safety best practices
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results
• Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be physically capable of lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
