Position Overview Pay Range: Path To $150K+ Per Year With No Cap Compensation Breakdown $18–$24/hour based on skill and performance Uncapped commission opportunities Top performers earning $100K–$150K+ Performance-based incentives Schedule Full-Time 8 Hour Shift, Monday to Friday, Weekend Availability, Over Time Position Requirements 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Ability to clearly explain technical findings to homeowners EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain) Professional communication skills Detail-oriented and safety-minded Strong work ethic and accountability Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture Physical Requirements Lift up to 75 lbs Carry tools/equipment up to 250 feet Work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and outdoors Climb ladders safely Operate testing tools and HVAC equipment Bend, kneel, crouch, twist, and work in confined spaces Position Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, A/C, heat pumps, IAQ products) Perform tune-ups, repairs, static pressure testing, and system performance evaluations Educate homeowners on repair options, system upgrades, airflow improvements, and IAQ solutions Provide honest recommendations that improve comfort, safety, and system longevity Maintain clean, organized work habits and protect the customer’s home at every visit Document findings, estimates, and recommendations clearly in ServiceTitan Follow the One Call process to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service Represent the brand with pride — your truck, uniform, and communication matter Company Overview One Call Electrical Heating & Cooling is built on three generations of hard work, service, and doing things the right way.
