Business Unit ManagerThe Facilities Manager is the senior operational leader responsible for the overall management, compliance, financial performance, and client satisfaction of integrated facilities services at a regulated life sciences manufacturing campus. This role provides leadership for Office Services, Shipping & Receiving, Hazardous Materials Shipping, Regulated Logistics, Mailroom Operations, Housekeeping, Workplace Services, Pest Control, and Vendor Management programs. The Business Unit Manager ensures all services are delivered safely, compliantly, and in alignment with ESFM, Compass Group, client, Quality Assurance (QA), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and regulatory requirements.
