Firm Overview We are a premier multi strategy /private credit investment firm with over $6 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM), specializing in direct lending and bespoke financing solutions. We are seeking a high-caliber Manager of Private Credit Operations to lead our middle-office functions and drive operational excellence as we scale. This role will manage three people and have the potential to grow into the Head of Operations. The Role Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead a team of three direct reports to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of private credit investments. You will be responsible for trade settlement, portfolio monitoring, and ensuring data integrity across our $6B+ platform. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of three operations professionals, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous process improvement. Trade Settlement & Execution: Oversee the timely settlement of complex debt transactions, including unitranche, mezzanine, and PIK loans, while coordinating with legal, custodians, and fund administrators. Portfolio & Loan Operations: Manage daily workflows for loan servicing, including tracking interest payments, principal amortizations, covenant compliance, and amendment/waiver processing. Cash & Position Reconciliation: Lead daily cash and position reconciliations between internal books and external fund accounting records. Technology & Data Management: Drive the implementation and optimization of loan accounting systems (e.g., WSO, Loan IQ, or Allvue) to enhance automation and reporting scalability. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary operational liaison between the investment team, Investor Relations, and external service providers. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operational activities adhere to SEC/regulatory standards and internal risk controls. Qualifications Experience: 8–12+ years of experience in private credit or syndicated loan operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CFA is a plus. Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of LSTA/LMA guidelines and proficiency in loan settlement platforms like ClearPar or IHS Markit/WSO. Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret complex credit agreements and legal documentation. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present operational metrics to senior leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
