Physical/Electronic Project ManagerZachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Physical/Electronic Project Manager to join a design services company for mission critical systems. This is based in Tysons, VA. Opportunity to get processed for a security clearance! Up to a TS/SCI Essential Duties of the Physical/Electronic Project Manager:Lead security service projects from cradle to grave.Run day-to-day operations of a project.Identify change orders and ensuring effective resolution.Price, track and manage change orders.Plan and monitor cash flow against cash expenses.Read and interpret blue prints and project specifications.Research and compile submittals; pricing change orders and prepare estimates for partially designed projects by finishing the design and preparing a complete project estimateQualifications of the Physical/Electronic Project Manager:5+ years of experience in physical or electronic systems (intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, IT systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems)Prior experience in the engineering/design of such systemsExperience working on construction projects ranging from $100,000 to $10M.Experience working with contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendums, specifications, change orders, RFIs, submittals.Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints and drawings on projects.Compensation for the Physical/Electronic Project Manager:$100,000 - $140,000 (based on experience)Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, paid holidays, Sick Leave as required by law, paid holidays
