Purchasing & Inventory CoordinatorA low-voltage company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator who will manage the company's purchasing and inventory while also handling a variety of office and administrative tasks to support daily operations and field teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, inventory management, or office operations and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.Responsibilities:Order materials, equipment, and supplies and ensure timely delivery.Track inventory levels, organize stock, and coordinate restocking.Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and order status.Support general office operations, documentation, and administrative tasks.Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Experience with purchasing, inventory, or supply management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar office systems.Attention to detail and ability to work independently.Requirements:Prior experience in purchasing, inventory, or office administration preferred.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Experience in construction, electrical, or low-voltage environments is a plus.Location: Brooklyn, NY | Hours: Full-time. | Salary: $85k.
