Warehouse Associate
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $18-$20/hour, depending on experience
Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting warehouse operations including shipping/receiving, order pulling, inventory handling, forklift operation, fabrication support, and general warehouse duties.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating activities in the Shipping/Receiving Dock including unloading and loading semi-trucks, U.P.S. and FedEx trucks
Responsible for incoming and outgoing products and goods
Packaging and preparing LTL shipment and documentation
Routing material to either staging or shipping areas
Ability to work on valve automation and assembly with direction from the warehouse supervisor
Must have experience operating a forklift & be certifiable
Maintains condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.)
Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same
Attention to detail, highly organized, able to prioritize work

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Must have previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, and forklift experience
Knowledge of hand tools, machinery, and warehouse operations preferred
Basic understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems along with mechanical knowledge is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
Microsoft Office including Outlook & Excel a must, and additional software to track and communicate internally, as well as with Customers, Carriers and Suppliers
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Valid driver's license with good driving record required
Must pass drug screen, background check, and driving record screening
